Monica Halvorson

Prior to getting my license as a REALTOR® in 2009 I was active in the Spruce Grove real estate market for about 15 years - in the rental market as well as in short term investments.  With my personal experience buying, renovating and selling, as well as renting properties I have gained a lot of knowledge of the Spruce Grove and area real estate market and that knowledge is very important to people looking to buy or sell their own property. 

I love working and living in the Spruce Grove area.  As a mother of three children I appreciate everything this city has to offer, from the amazing nature trails where we often walk our dog Duke, to Central Park where we skate outdoors in the winter and take advantage of the sprinkler in the summer, to the Tri Leisure Centre and its amazing facilities.  My three children are all active in sports and you will often find me taking client calls from the bleachers of baseball, soccer or volleyball games.

The things I enjoy about my Real Estate career are working with buyers to find that perfect home, and in my opinion you can never look at too many!  I also love working with investors to expand their portfolios and also learning something new every day.  I am a very dedicated and honest person and I love to answer questions or find the answers.  I pride myself in my dedication to both my family and to my career and I look forward to working with you!
