Growing up with real estate through his father’s achievements, Lyndon Sommert acquired his real estate license in 1992 and throughout his career has excelled in real estate investment, sales, marketing, and training. In addition to assets under Success Endeavours Ltd. and

Advance Marketing Network, he has had a personal multimillion dollar real estate portfolio between British Columbia and Alberta.

Lyndon is responsible for over $100,000,000 in real estate transactions through all types, such as, residential buyers and sellers, investment and recreational real estate, as well as coaching real estate associates for over 12 years and the successes they have achieved through his coaching and seminars.  He specializes in investment and residential real estate.  His passion is acquiring homes to renovate and flip, he currently has numerous investors that rely on his expertise in this area of real estate.

Lyndon has been training agents since 1997 through his company Advance Real Estate Training Inc.  He has trained over 5,000 agents to date throughout North America and was the exclusive trainer for Realty Executives Western Canada.  He also has full training systems available for purchase in CD and video format that comes with work books.  His famous course $imple $teps to $uccess was accredited in Alberta at the time that credits were required by the agents.

Lyndon conducts regular seminars to the public on Real Estate investing and renovating.

On a personal note, Lyndon is passionate about his 5 children, his wonderful fiancee and business partner Desiree, he is also an avid sports fan and enjoys life outdoors to the fullest.
